Views Chapter 3. Concepts
Speed Grade
speed grade This option allows the user to select
the desired speed grade for the
target device.
Core Voltage
core voltage This option allows the user to select
the core voltage for the target device.
Junction Temperature
junction temperature This option allows the user to select
the junction temperature for the
target device.
Flow Mode
flow mode Normal flow mode enforces all DRC
checks as early in the flow as
possible. Bitstream generation
requires normal flow mode.
Evaluation flow mode ignores
non-fatal DRCs as long as possible,
assumes best-case XP, and ignores
SDC constraints to get a post-route
timing report quickly.
Auto-Select Top Module
autoselect top module This option is used to specify the
whether or not the top module name
for this implementation should be
automatically selected. A value of 1
causes the name to be automatically
selected. A value of 0 causes the
-top module implementation
option value to be used.
Top Module Name
top module This option is used to specify the top
module name for this
implementation when the
-autoselect top module
implementation option is set to 0.
Constraint Files
Uses the
enable project constraints
and
disable project constraints
commands
This allows the user to enable or
disable the use of an existing project
SDC/PDC constraint file for use in
this implementation’s flow. All
constraint files defined for the active
project will be listed.

timing driven clustering Specifies whether timing-driven
clustering will be enabled during
placement.
Reconvergent Path
Balancing
reconvergent path balance Specifies whether automatic
reconvergent path balancing is on
or off for this implementation.
Fanout Control
fanout control Specifies whether fanout control is
on or off for this implementation.
