remove region insts Chapter 5. Tcl Command Reference
[-project <arg>] Optional The optional -project
<projectName> option is used
to specify an alternate project
(by name) for the IP settings file
to be removed from.
remove project netlist
remove project netlist <files> [-project <arg>]
This command removes the link to a verilog netlist file from a project. The verilog netlist file on disk is not
deleted.
Argument Required/Optional Description
<files> Required The required <file> argument is
used to specify the verilog
netlists (by file path).
[-project <arg>] Optional The optional -project
<projectName> option is used
to specify an alternate project
(by name) for the verilog netlist
to be removed from.
remove region
remove region [-region <arg>] [-all]
This command removes a placement region constraint specification
Argument Required/Optional Description
[-region <arg>] Optional Name of the region to delete
[-all] Optional Remove all region constraints
remove region insts
remove region insts <region> [-insts <args>] [-all]
Remove user design instances from an existing placement region constraint
Argument Required/Optional Description
<region> Required name of the region to clear
[-insts <args>] Optional List of user design instances to
remove from this placement
region constraint.
[-all] Optional Clear all user design instances
from this region constraint
